-All items must be returned within 3 days of purchase. After 3 days, we cannot refund or exchange your purchase.
-Only unused items, in the same condition as when received, and in the original packaging may be returned.
-Some goods are exempt from return, these include; food, and food products, downloadable content, some health and personal care items, underwear and intimate goods and hazardous materials.
-Receipts and proof or purchase are required
-Returns should not be sent to the vendor.
-Partial refunds (if applicable) may be granted for; Items not in their original condition or missing certain parts, books with signs of use.
-As soon as we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and send you an email informing you that we have received the item. We will also inform you of the acceptance or rejection of your refund.
-If your refund is approved, your refund will be processed and your payment refunded to the original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

-All refunds are made to the original method of payment so please check your bank account first.
-You may contact your bank if notification of receipt is delayed as processing times for financial institutions may vary.

-Only full priced items may be refunded, regrettably discounted or sales items cannot be refunded.

-You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
